• CCTV is located outside and throughout the venue. Using CCTV is necessary for the company’s legitimate interests. Cameras are installed for the purpose of detecting and preventing crime and protection of our customers and staff.

The data collected for these purposes are video imagery, and the data taken from the ID you choose to present for scanning (e.g. driving license, passport, national identity card).

What we do with the information we have

We do not share the personal information with third parties unless for a legal or licensing obligation. How we store your information

All scanned IDs and data are stored in an SQL database on the scanning machine. Data is encrypted and not shared with any third parties unless for a legal or licensing obligation. Data is deleted after 28 days.

CCTV footage is kept for 28 days (unless by doing so it will cause us to be in breach of any of the principles of the 2003 Licensing Act, other licensing, safety, security or legal responsibilities)

• Crowd shots and shots of performers may be taken by professional photographers at the venue during events for marketing and promotional purposes and these may include images of you. In accordance with the signage outside of the venue, by entering the venue you give consent to this and for us or third parties to use them as such.
